General Characteristics

Versatile gas (or electric) bratt pan, built with highefficiency burners (or cladded heating elements) and a thick bottom to guarantee excellent heat diffusion.The pan is provided with a mixer with scraping blades, with adjustable rotation speed and reversal time.The mixer can be easily removed for cleaning or for using the pan without it. All the cooking parameters can be easily programmed on the control panel on the machine.
