General Characteristics
- These are wheel-mounted trolleys, suitable for carrying food from the kitchens to the serving place.
The trolleys, of stainless-steel construction, are fitted with a drain cock to make it easier to clean any spills and wash the trolley at the end of the cycle.
The trolleys are designed to hold stainless-steel baskets of standard sizes.
