Machine designed for the sterilization of steam-resistant materials such as surgical instruments, clothes, liquids, machine parts, filters, food products, etc.

Machine of single door or pass-through type (from dirty side to clean side).

Capacity: 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 sterilization units. The chamber, of rectangular section, is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, 6 mm thickness and it is completely insulated. The external frames and fascia panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with “Scotch-Brite” finishing.
The sterilization cycle is controlled by an industrial PC of “touch screen” type (ASEM brand).
The sterilization cycle is then printed in a graphic and/or alphanumeric form with a thermal printer.
The standard configured equipment allows the treatment of the following materials:

• porous materials in general such as clothes, fabrics, fibres, etc. at 134 °C
  
• surgical instruments at 134 °C
  
• gum materials: gloves, catheters, dummies, etc. at 121 °C
  
• porous materials and instruments packed in bags at 134 °C
